Revealed: Wicked Leaks out now!

Posted on July 15, 2016

Wicked Leaks – a taut and twisted tale for today’s Twitterati, inspired by WikiLeaks and the Edward Snowden revelations – is out now. Author Matt Bendoris will be launching the book with a special event at Waterstones Argyle Street, Glasgow, on 21 July.

Featuring every conspiracy theory you can think of – from the death of Diana, to Lord Lucan, and the identity of Jack the Ripper – Wicked Leaks is the sequel to DM for Murder, shortlisted for last year’s Bloody Scotland Crime Book of the Year.

Mismatched journalists April and Connor – “great characters”, according to Diana Gabaldon – are involved in a conspiracy to die for, involving a man who claims to have assassinated Princess Diana, a website called Beast Shamer that’s leaking government secrets, and an innocent nurse running for her life.

As the conspiracy builds, so does the body count. It’s clear that secrets can kill and Nurse Kelly Carter is next in the firing line.

Can April and Connor stop the murderous rampage in time?

Matt Bendoris will be launching Wicked Leaks with BBC Radio Scotland’s Tam Cowan at Waterstones Argyle Street, Glasgow, on 21 July from 7pm.

Matt will also be appearing at the Bloody Scotland crime writing festival in Stirling on 11 September at 10am:
